Seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to drive financial performance and influence business strategy in a fast-paced aviation company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with operational leadership to evaluate revenue growth and cost reduction opportunities.

Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with strong skills in financial modelling and analysis.
- Proficiency with financial tools such as Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex financial information.
