Senior Analyst Role at Legend Biotech
Legend Biotech is a global biotechnology company dedicated to treating and curing life-threatening diseases. The company is developing advanced cell therapies across various technology platforms.
The Senior Analyst will be a key member of Legend's Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) organization, supporting the financial planning process and collaborating with leadership across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop analysis to support business performance and manage collaboration budget
- Support FP&A leaders and business unit leaders in managing collaboration spend
- Partner with IT and Human Resources to develop and manage time reporting
- Manage regular Finance Working Group meetings and provide insightful analysis for key stakeholders
- Prepare executive-level presentations and participate in internal and external audit reviews
- Design and implement methods to improve information processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, with a professional certification (CPA/CMA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA) required
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with FP&A experience in a matrix environment
- Prior life sciences industry experience is preferred, with knowledge of SOX financial controls on Accounting and Reporting processes
Capabilities and Skills:
- Ability to partner and collaborate with all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with complex modeling and forecasting capabilities
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of common business and financial drivers, financial statement analysis, and deep-dive analysis
