Operating in the Recycling field, this new firm is looking for an experienced Fraud & Forensic Investigations Manager who can develop and deliver a robust fraud management structure. Collaborating across all areas of the business, you will use data, stakeholder insight and your valuable experience to identify and investigate potential fraud. Your Role Safeguarding the integrity of recycling schemes by identifying fraud detection and prevention techniques and mitigating fraud risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Initial focus will be on cross border and importation risks. Developing and maintaining key fraud indicators, data-led metrics, reporting and monitoring systems to detect potentially fraudulent activities and to guide and assist with fraud investigations. Performing sophisticated data and forensic analysis in preparing intelligence reports for the Executive Team, Audit Committees and the Board. Working closely with enforcement, regulatory bodies and internal/external stakeholders as part of fraud investigations. Ensuring the Fraud Policy is being adhered to cross the organisation, drafting annual plans and developing operating procedures and manuals. Implementing a data led fraud strategy and review of trends and analysis will guide key resourcing of areas of concern and application of internal resources to resolve such fraud risks Your Background Strong experience working in fraud investigation, forensic accounting or related field. Experience in forensic investigations related to retail, logistics, or environmental compliance would be highly beneficial. Familiarity with customer behaviour analysis to understand how fraud might be perpetrated by consumers or businesses would also be a distinct advantage. Other Details Flexible Working: 37 hour week with core times Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 16:00 & Friday 09:00 to 13:00 Hybrid Model: 3 days a week in office, 2 days at home.
