Job Title: Freight Operations Executive

Manage import/export shipments, ensuring service quality, compliance, and profitability.

• Manage import/export FCL/LCL/Airfreight consignments.
• Monitor bookings and track shipments via systems.
• Issue Airwaybills, MBL, HBLs and handle customs documentation.
• Liaise with customs brokerage for import clearance and ensure timely payment of duties/VAT.
• Arrange transport and confirm shipment details with clients.
• Handle invoicing, resolve accounts queries, and address customer inquiries promptly.

• 2+ years of sea freight/import/export experience.
• Due to location, own car is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Customs clearance experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
