Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer care and respond to guest complaints
  • Manage guest bills and maintain accurate records
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve hotel goals
  • Develop skills in communication, organisational, customer care, IT, and teamwork

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a warm, friendly, outgoing personality and a keen interest in gaining experience in the front desk team of a four-star hotel.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer care experience, with hospitality experience being a distinct advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills
  • Ability to work weekend shifts and 8-hour shifts, including morning starts at 7 am and finishing times of 11 pm
