Power Fitness Team Member
A dynamic and growth-oriented fitness operator seeks enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join its team. The perfect candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for fitness, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to members and guests
- Assist studio management with daily tasks and projects
- Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
- Ensure an exceptional end-to-end experience for all members and guests
- Collaborate with the team to achieve a cohesive and positive work environment
- Upkeep the distinct Power aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Experience in hospitality
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to take initiative and perform duties without direction
- Flexibility to work non-traditional schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build relationships
- Passion for fitness and a love for life
