Job Description

Experienced Front of House Manager sought for a busy hotel reception, exclusive golf resort and reservations department in Co. Kerry, overseeing reception, concierge team and everyday duties to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Red Chair Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join our client's team in Co. Kerry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a reception, concierge team and everyday duties for a busy hotel reception, exclusive golf resort and reservations department.
  • Ensure a seamless guest experience upon check-in and departure and during their stay.
  • Oversee everyday operations in a golf environment with Front of House Management and front office department.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience as Front of House Manager essential for this role.
  • Proven track record of managing a team within a 4* / 5* hotel environment.
  • Commercially focused with absolute attention to detail.
  • Exceptional Leadership, Reception, Communication, Organisation and Time Management skills.
  • Able to work on own initiative and equally able to work as part of the overall hotel management team.
  • Proficient with Office Suite, Hotel booking systems and CRMS.
  • Flexible as this role includes working early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Package on Offer:

  • Competitive Salary of between €40,000 – €50,000 Per Annum dependent on experience and qualifications.
