Experienced Front of House Manager sought for a busy hotel reception, exclusive golf resort, and reservations department in Co. Kerry, overseeing reception, concierge team, and everyday duties to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Red Chair Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join our client's team in Co. Kerry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a reception, concierge team, and everyday duties for a busy hotel reception, exclusive golf resort, and reservations department.
- Ensure a seamless guest experience upon check-in and departure and during their stay.
- Oversee everyday operations in a golf environment with Front of House Management and front office department.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience as Front of House Manager essential for this role.
- Proven track record of managing a team within a 4* / 5* hotel environment.
- Commercially focused with absolute attention to detail.
- Exceptional Leadership, Reception, Communication, Organisation, and Time Management skills.
- Able to work on own initiative and equally able to work as part of the overall hotel management team.
- Proficient with Office Suite, Hotel booking systems, and CRMS.
- Flexible as this role includes working early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Package on Offer:
- Competitive Salary of between €40,000 – €50,000 Per Annum dependent on experience and qualifications.
