Due to continued success, my client based in the Dublin 24 area is looking to recruit a Senior Office Administrator for an immediate start.

This role requires the successful candidate to provide administrative support to the directors and senior staff members within the company.

This role is a varied role with 90% administration and 10% front of house reception duties.

The candidate will need to be pro-active, highly motivated and organised to complete tasks with high levels of professionalism and within tight deadlines.

Excellent organisational skills and ability to work as part of a team are essential attributes for this role.

Main responsibilities include:

Provide support to the Directors and senior staff members Work with the accounts department on day to day tasks and follow weekly deadlines Work with the teams on site and key players to help maintain legislative requirements within the industry Liaise with other key players within the industry to progress developments to completion Manage information databases including electronic, hard copy and other office systems Assist and travel to sites whenever required Provide ongoing progress reports to senior staff and directors The ideal candidate will have the following: Ideally, a minimum of 2 years experience in an administration/Reception role Basic accounts department support experience required Strong IT and MS Office skills Ability to understand and use professional software system Excellent written and communication skills Due to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visas or sponsorship's already in place.
