Job Description
Supervise the day-to-day front of house operations of the Trinity Trails every weekend and some weekdays. **Responsibilities:**
- Supervise front desk/kiosk operations
- Supervise tour guides in daily duties
- Assist Operations Manager in rostering and forecasting
- Support leading and motivating a strong Tour Guide team
- Roster staff to work as Tour Guides or on ticket desks
- Monitor and respond to emails
- Resolve visitor issues and complaints
- Ensure Health and Safety procedures and GDPR guidelines are followed
- Carry out light financial administration
- Deliver high level service to visitors and stakeholders
You will need to show:
- At least 2 years' experience in a front of house setting/visitor facing role
- Good level of competency in IT and administration
- Experience with rostering and ticketing systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English spoken and written, with other languages an advantage
- Experience in guiding an advantage
This is a 7 day a week operation with weekends and 3 weekdays, with occasional evening work required. You will work closely with Visitor Attractions teams and other departments to deliver a memorable visitor experience.
