Front of House & Tour Experience Team Leader Optimize are proud to be partnering with a unique award-winning tourist attraction in Kilkenny that has customers from across the globe to recruit an experienced team leader to join their team. Duties: Manage a team of 10-15 people on a daily basis to deliver smooth running of the operation. Work alongside Senior Management to plan trade shows and sales campaigns. Create regular communications/updates on bookings/ front of house. Prepare weekly / monthly bookings & admissions reports. Responsible for developing and mentoring direct reports to Industry leading standards, using people management processes. Take responsibility for energising the team to deliver first class standards and service every day. Responsible for staff training. Ensure all cash and stock transactions are carried out accurately. Assist operations & finance manager with cost control. Requirements: 2+ years people management experience within a busy customer facing environment. 3rd level qualification or equivalent experience Confident creative mindset with ability to innovate & implement new initiatives. Hospitality Industry knowledge. Self-motivated and able to motivate others Demonstrate enthusiasm and energy in the delivery of excellent customer experiences. Is able to make decisions and find solutions on their own accord in the daily management of visitors, staff and capacity. Be an Excellent Team Player.
