Front Office Manager - 4 Hotel* I am currently recruiting an experienced and dedicated Front Office Manager to join a prestigious 4-star hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional to lead a dynamic Front Desk team, ensuring guests receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Role Overview: As Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Front Desk, ensuring all guests experience a warm, personalised, and efficient service. You will manage team scheduling, oversee daily operations, and ensure the highest standards of guest service are consistently met. Additionally, you will act as the manager on duty in the absence of senior management. Key Responsibilities: Ensure a seamless and prompt service for all guests Maintain and enhance the Rooms Division profitability Oversee the activities of the Front Desk, ensuring compliance with guest service standards Manage shifts and oversee scheduling for the front office division Handle guest comments and feedback, ensuring appropriate follow-up Provide a personalised welcome and farewell to VIP guests Supervise, train, and manage the Front Office team's performance Handle all financial duties, including shift balancing and cash variances Lead the overnight team, ensuring standards are met and ongoing training is provided Ideal Candidate: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is essential Previous experience as a Front Office Manager/Assistant Manager Strong working knowledge of Front Office Systems (HotSoft preferred) Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills Focused on delivering a consistently high standard of service Ability to multi-task, with strong attention to detail Fluent in written and spoken English Benefits: Employee discount Food allowance Complimentary gym membership and access to on-site gym Wellness program Store discounts This is a full-time position offering the chance to grow within a supportive and welcoming environment.
