Investment Banking Support Analyst Job Description: My client is seeking an experienced Application Customer Support Analyst with a strong background in front office trading applications to provide support and troubleshooting in a fast-paced financial services environment. This is a permanent role. Our client is one of the worlds leading Trading Systems providers for many trading companies globally. The role involves working with our clients in supporting our product and help with implementations of our Trading Platform. Job Responsibilities: Provide application support for front office trading systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to trading applications in collaboration with other IT teams. Monitor trading platforms and ensure timely resolution of incidents. Work closely with traders and stakeholders to understand system requirements and issues. Maintain and support application environments, performing upgrades and patching as required. Support the continuous improvement of application processes and infrastructure. Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a support role within a financial services environment, preferably in front office trading systems. Strong understanding of front office trading applications and workflows. Experience working with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle critical system issues. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of FIX protocol, market data systems, and trading algorithms. Experience with scripting and automation Understanding of network and infrastructure components related to trading systems. ITIL or equivalent certification in service management. Educational Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Working Hours & Benefits: Monday to Friday with standard working hours.
