Job Description

Software Development Engineer needed to design, build, and test high-quality features for the Dataverse Experiences team, collaborating with a global team of engineers to deliver innovative user experiences.

The Dataverse Experiences team is responsible for building simple, yet sophisticated and high-quality user experiences across the Dataverse ecosystem of products and services.

As a Software Development Engineer, you will work with a team of talented and passionate engineers to deliver the next set of product functionality and experiences with extreme robustness and quality.

You will be expected to bring fresh and new perspectives and get to a hyper-speed delivery mode by learning and expanding on the product and the engineering practices of the team.

You will have to design, code, and test as well as learn and teach others.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on building innovative user experiences.
  • Design, build, test, debug, and ship high-quality features that are used by thousands of businesses around the world.
  • Take responsibility for uninterrupted operation of these features in the production environment.
  • Analyze and prioritize business requirements and customer feedback.
  • Work across organizations, collaborating with internal partner teams such as Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft Teams, Office and others.
  • Interact with our customer and partner community to empower them and to learn from them.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with modern client-side/web technologies such as React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Webpack, Node.js or similar.
  • Strong grasp of object-oriented programming.
  • Strong software design skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, follow development standards and to work independently.
  • English on business level.
  • Analytical and quality-focused.
  • Passionate about solving challenging problems.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Experience in Agile and DevOps development methodologies.

It is a plus if you have:

  • Strong experience with C#.
  • Prior experience in Dynamics 365, Model-driven Power App, Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
  • Worked with Azure cloud technologies, SQL, No SQL, Microservices, ML, or AI.
