Your key responsibilities (EY PMO Analyst): Support the PMO Lead, Programme Manager on delivering major business transformation programmes. Manage and coach junior EY programme resources. Support consistent delivery of high-quality project deliverables on time and within budget. Manage and monitor project logs, including project plans, risk and issue logs, project budgets, resource plans, etc. Develop and update project reports, including status reports. Help to shape creative and innovative solutions to address client business and technology issues. Support development of Governance fora paper production and administration / minutes etc (Steering). Support the development and maintenance of integrated programme plan artefacts. Manage the Programme Onboarding and Offboarding management. Manage invoice and payment process for multi-million euro invoices. Clarity Reconciliations and True-Ups / Timesheet management. Support the EY programme leadership with account and engagement contracting process (Statements of Work – SOW etc). Ad hoc requests to support document creation from programme / business senior management / C-Suite. Communicating effectively with the EY engagement team, the client and internal and external stakeholders, as required. Working confidently with clients, to support building 'trusted advisor' relationships. Your key responsibilities (EY Consulting Senior Consultant Rank): Use analytical thinking and structured problem solving to clearly explain the problem statement through to solution. Facilitate requirements gathering workshops or process mapping session where necessary. Create and write documents, appropriate to client stakeholders audience and to a high standard and quality, under some supervision from Senior Managers. Assist in engagement management, organising staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders. Playing a lead role in coaching more junior competency / engagement team members. Supporting Senior Managers complete delivery of Service Quality practices and standards. Support EY FSO Business Consulting business development activities, such as proposals, thought leadership and producing input for client events. Support EY Business Consulting operations ensuring that all operational metrics are met for utilisation, timesheet and related internal engagement management processes and system inputs. Take on internal EY competency activities to promote the Business Transformation community of practice. Skills and attributes for success: Decision Making: Deadline-driven, highly organised, and able to multi-task. Problem Solving: Use analytical thinking and structured problem solving to clearly explain the problem statement through to solution. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing. Identify, drive and lead problem solving and issue management for the project deliverables. Collaboration: A team player who is also an independent thinker. Collaborates across the EY programme team and client team. Level of Influence: Prepares and presents analysis, insights, and recommendation to assist governance forums with decision making. Communicate and present project information to project team, finance and other stakeholders. Comfortable managing client stakeholders and working in a consultant / client environment. Technical: Expert grasp of MS Office (PowerPoint / Excel). To qualify for the role, you must have: 3+ years’ experience in a Project Management Office or Business Analyst role. Experience in Financial Services. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills essential. Ability to positively engage and develop relationships with multiple stakeholders. Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty. Ideally, you will also have: Project Management Certification and/or Agile certification desirable (e.g. PRINCE2, Scrum Master). Experience using project and portfolio management tools such as Clarity. Management Consulting experience is preferable. Strong attention to detail. Strong organisation skills.
