Our opportunities will allow you to apply your expertise to a variety of projects whilst offering you excellent career progression opportunities.The Finance competency at EY focuses on providing expert guidance and support to clients in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, managing and analyzing finance and risk data, and implementing finance transformation initiatives.Your key responsibilities:Manage or support engagements with our clients and provide high-quality consulting services to a portfolio of clients.Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.Understand EY’s service offerings and actively support in identifying opportunities to better serve clients.Assist on business development opportunities and support client proposal development efforts.Manage innovation in processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance client performance.Practice and people development responsibilities:Manage and lead diverse teams with varying skillsets.Adapt your leadership style to fit team, client, and their cultural needs.Contribute to expanding our brand in the market by attending relevant events, collaborating with other internal teams.Engage in business development activities including client presentations and proposals.Foster a supportive, inclusive and growth team-oriented work culture.Skills and attributes for successExcellent client relationship management skills.Expertise in key Finance Regulatory reporting or Regulatory change programmes.Understanding of finance processes, finance technologies and operating models.Proven track record in management and leadership roles in Regulatory or Finance transformation projects.Strong communications skills, with experience of managing strategy material and presenting to key stakeholders.An accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) would be beneficial.Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in delivering regulatory reporting or finance transformation programmes.Understanding of technology trends and implications on the Financial Services industry.Experience of delivery change through multi-disciplinary stakeholders.Excellent stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to manage, supervise and develop others.What we look for:Someone who is passionate about reaching their full potential and excelling in their career.Someone who enjoys working as part of a community which values integrity, respect, teaming, and inclusiveness.What working at EY offersWe offer a competitive remuneration package.
