Job descriptionFS Business Consulting - Finance Regulatory Reporting and Transformation – Manager - DublinYour key responsibilities:Manage or support engagements with our clients and provide high quality consulting services to a portfolio of clients.Develop and maintain long term client relationships and networks, including the development of relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needsUnderstand EY’s service offerings and actively support in identifying opportunities to better serve clients across our range of servicesAssist on business development opportunities and support client proposal development efforts.Manage innovation in processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance client performance.Practice and people development responsibilities:Manage and Lead diverse teams with varying skillsets.Adapt your leadership style to fit team, client, and their cultural needs.Contribute to expanding our brand in the market by attending relevant events, collaborating with other internal teams, facilitating thought leadership, etc.Engage in business development activities including client presentations and proposalsFoster a supportive, inclusive and growth team-oriented work culture.Skills and attributes for successExcellent client relationship management skills, gained through prior consulting roles or within large financial services / technology organisationsExpertise in key Finance Regulatory reporting or Regulatory change programmes – for example, knowledge of BCBS239, IReF, IFRS 9, SRB, Stress testingUnderstanding of finance processes, finance technologies and operating models and the ability to bridge the language of both business and IT DeliveryProven track record in management and leadership roles in Regulatory or Finance transformation projects and engagements in consulting industryStrong communications skills, with experience of managing strategy material and presenting to key stakeholders.An accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) applied in a financial institution would be beneficial.Minimum of 7+ years’ in delivering regulatory reporting or finance transformation programmes, with demonstrated experience of applying methodologies such as Prince2/PMP/Agile.Understanding of technology trends and implications on the Financial Services industry.Experience of delivery change through multi-disciplinary stakeholders and collaborating across jurisdictions.Excellent Stakeholder management skills with a track record in managing complex stakeholder programmesDemonstrated ability to manage, supervise and develop others, effectively communicate, manage budgets, timelines, and plans, manage client expectations, deliver quality projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
