Job Description
Lead a team of consultants in delivering high-quality finance and regulatory reporting services to clients.
Manage client relationships, develop business opportunities, and drive innovation in processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage or support engagements with clients and provide consulting services to a portfolio of clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
- Understand EY's service offerings and identify opportunities to better serve clients.
- Manage innovation in processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance client performance.
- Practice and people development responsibilities: manage and lead diverse teams with varying skillsets.
Requirements:
- Excellent client relationship management skills, gained through prior consulting roles or within large financial services/technology organisations.
- Expertise in key Finance Regulatory reporting or Regulatory change programmes.
- Understanding of finance processes, finance technologies, and operating models.
- Proven track record in management and leadership roles in Regulatory or Finance transformation projects and engagements.
- Strong communications skills, with experience of managing strategy material and presenting to key stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- An accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) applied in a financial institution.
- Minimum of 7+ years' in delivering regulatory reporting or finance transformation programmes.
- Understanding of technology trends and implications on the Financial Services industry.
- Experience of delivery change through multi-disciplinary stakeholders and collaborating across jurisdictions.
