Finance Regulatory Reporting and Transformation Manager
Lead a team of professionals in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, managing and analyzing finance and risk data, and implementing finance transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage or support engagements with clients and provide high-quality consulting services to a portfolio of clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
- Understand EY's service offerings and actively support in identifying opportunities to better serve clients.
- Assist on business development opportunities and support client proposal development efforts.
- Manage innovation in processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance client performance.
Practice and People Development
- Manage and lead diverse teams with varying skillsets.
- Adapt your leadership style to fit team, client, and their cultural needs.
- Contribute to expanding our brand in the market by attending relevant events and collaborating with other internal teams.
- Engage in business development activities, including client presentations and proposals.
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture.
Requirements
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Expertise in key Finance Regulatory reporting or Regulatory change programs.
- Understanding of finance processes, finance technologies, and operating models.
- Proven track record in management and leadership roles in Regulatory or Finance transformation projects.
- Strong communications skills, with experience of managing strategy material and presenting to key stakeholders.
- An accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) would be beneficial.
- Minimum of 7+ years' experience in delivering regulatory reporting or finance transformation programs.
- Understanding of technology trends and implications on the Financial Services industry.
- Experience of delivery change through multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, supervise, and develop others.
