**Senior Manager - Programme Manager** Lead a team of Programme Managers, responsible for delivering high-profile projects to clients in the Financial Services sector. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and transformation. Our team is passionate about driving change and delivering innovative solutions to our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead complex projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions * Collaborate with Programme Directors, business and technical leads, and operational risk teams to ensure programme success * Oversee Programme Management Office (PMO) teams, providing direction and guidance on programme delivery * Represent the programme at governance sessions and EY internal meetings * Develop and present key messages and updates to multiple stakeholders * Manage programme costs, forecasts, and actuals, as well as programme master resource lists * Ensure PMO processes are carried out by the relevant team members * Provide regular status reporting and governance forums **Senior Manager Rank Responsibilities:** * Support business development activities, including proposals and thought leadership * Manage and coach team members, providing guidance and development opportunities * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and transformation * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions * Represent EY at client events and presentations * Write sharp and concise documents for C-suite client level * Deliver presentations to C-suite client level * Manage engagement revenue and billing associated with programme/project * Develop and mentor team members to achieve their career goals **Requirements:** * 12+ years senior level experience in consulting and delivery of large-scale complex change programmes * Experience in a matrix managed organisation * Primary degree * Experience in establishing, training, and managing teams * Strong financial background and experience of business case development and financial governance * Excellent communication skills and deep functional expertise * Proven track record of delivering business value from Business Consulting as a senior Programme Manager * Experience in seeking alignment of business and IT, operating across organisational and technology silos **Ideal Candidate:** * Experience in Digital Transformations, Agile Delivery Methods, Business Design, and Regulatory Change * Project Management Certification and/or Agile certification desirable * Experience using project and portfolio management tools * Management Consulting experience is preferable
