Senior Consultant / Manager / Senior Manager - Dublin
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our FSO People Advisory Services team in Dublin. As a Senior Consultant, Manager, or Senior Manager, you will work on complex transformation programmes across EMEIA, helping to shape the future of financial services.
About the Role
- Join our team and work on some of the most interesting and complex transformation programmes across EMEIA.
- Collaborate with our clients to ensure the long-term sustainability and embedding of major organisational transformation programmes.
- Provide integrated services and offerings to support and inform our clients' people needs.
- Manage communications and stakeholders, plan and implement change journeys, and offer an understanding of HR structures, practices, and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions.
- Influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions.
- Be pragmatic and resilient, taking a practical approach to solving issues and focused on achieving project/programme goals and objectives.
- Have a minimum of 2 years managerial experience for Manager+ positions.
