FS Technology Consulting - Tech Strategy Consultant - Manager/Senior Manager/Director
Lead a team of tech strategy consultants in delivering comprehensive solutions to clients in the financial services sector, shaping and guiding technology strategies to enable business and customer strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a diverse team of tech strategy consultants in delivering comprehensive solutions spanning digital strategy, CTO domain advisory, agile transformation, IT cost optimisation, technology operating model design, and applying digital across business operations.
- Engage with business leaders across the financial services sector to deeply understand their technology challenges and objectives, providing insight and strategic problem-solving support.
- Design and oversee the implementation of bespoke strategies that align with client goals and deliver measurable benefits.
- Apply strategic planning and management frameworks to assist clients with decision making and sequencing of major technology investments.
- Provide clients with insights into technology adoption and governance.
- Direct the delivery of technology assessments, strategy development, and oversee complex project executions.
- Ensure excellence in service delivery by setting and maintaining industry-leading best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Eagerness to pursue relevant professional certifications (Agile, PM, Technology Certifications).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or IT advisory, with exposure to consulting or leadership roles.
