Senior Consultant - Enterprise Data Consultant
Seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in data-enabled transformation projects/programmes within Financial Services: Banking, Insurance and Wealth and Asset management.
About the Role
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand business and technical requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing data processes and systems.
- Develop and implement data solutions to support risk, finance or regulatory technology and reporting changes.
- Monitor data quality and integrity throughout the transformation process.
- Implement Data Lineage process improvements and maintain documentation.
- Source, clean, and integrate data from various source systems.
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical and data teams.
- Support the design and implementation of risk, finance and/or regulatory solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Quantitative Economics, Engineering, or equivalent professional education.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with a blue-chip consulting firm as a Data Engineering or Technical Data Management Consultant.
- Experience working with Financial Services clients (Banking, Insurance or Wealth and Asset Management).
- Familiarity with Finance, Risk or/and Regulatory Reporting domains in Financial Services industry.
- Relevant work experience in client-facing technical data management or data engineering roles.
- Experience working with relevant data tools and languages.
- Advanced Excel and SQL expertise.
