Senior Consultant - Enterprise Data Consultant

Seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in data-enabled transformation projects/programmes within Financial Services: Banking, Insurance and Wealth and Asset management.

About the Role

  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing data processes and systems.
  • Develop and implement data solutions to support risk, finance or regulatory technology and reporting changes.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity throughout the transformation process.
  • Implement Data Lineage process improvements and maintain documentation.
  • Source, clean, and integrate data from various source systems.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical and data teams.
  • Support the design and implementation of risk, finance and/or regulatory solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Quantitative Economics, Engineering, or equivalent professional education.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with a blue-chip consulting firm as a Data Engineering or Technical Data Management Consultant.
  • Experience working with Financial Services clients (Banking, Insurance or Wealth and Asset Management).
  • Familiarity with Finance, Risk or/and Regulatory Reporting domains in Financial Services industry.
  • Relevant work experience in client-facing technical data management or data engineering roles.
  • Experience working with relevant data tools and languages.
  • Advanced Excel and SQL expertise.
