**Data Analyst for Channel Strategies and Solutions** We are seeking an experienced Technical Data Analyst with a strong background in Channels and Mobile technology, and knowledge of Customer and CRM systems data. **Key Responsibilities:** • Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand business and technical requirements to identify, prioritise and document data requirements for channel strategies. • Conduct research and coordinate insights sessions in the selection and implementation of new data technologies, tools, and systems for enhanced Customer Channel performance. • Conduct thorough analysis of existing data processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and integration with customer and digital channel solutions. • Analyse and conduct gap analysis in existing Customer Channels data architectures to identify impact areas and design solution options. • Develop and implement data solutions to support the development and implementation of new channel solutions. • Monitor data quality and integrity throughout the transformation process, implementing controls and fixes as needed and maintaining compliance with the organisation's Data Governance and Data Management policies and procedures. • Source, clean, and integrate data from various source systems, and conduct analysis to deliver insights informing channel strategies and customer engagement solutions. • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical and data teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of data requirements and objectives. • Support the design and implementation of channel solutions using CRM platforms with data expertise, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with industry best practices. • Provide training and documentation to end-users to ensure successful use and adoption of available data and reporting assets. **Requirements:** • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Quantitative Economics, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience with a blue-chip consulting firm as a Data Analyst with a focus on channel strategies and solutions. • Relevant work experience in MI/ BI reporting, data visualisation, data engineering, data science or advanced analytics roles. • Experience working with relevant data and analytics tools and languages relevant to your specialism (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik View, Alteryx, Hadoop, Apache Spark, SQL, Python for analytics, R, SAS, no SQL databases). • Advanced Excel skills are a must. • Experience working with customer and digital platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft platforms, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other related technologies. • Prior Financial Services experience (Banking, Insurance or Wealth and Asset Management). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to craft clear and professional Power Point presentations that effectively communicate complex data and insights. • Familiarity with CRM best practices and industry standards. • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements relevant to multi-channel solutions. • Team centric mindset, always ready to support colleagues and not afraid to ask for help when needed. • Understanding and respect for client and team deadlines, great organisation skills and ability to organise and prioritise own work to achieve the delivery objectives. • Relevant certifications in CRM solutions and experience with Agile methodologies are a plus. **What We Offer:** • Competitive remuneration package. • Comprehensive Total Rewards package includes support for flexible working and career development, and with Flex EY you can select benefits that suit your needs, covering holidays, health and well-being, insurance, savings, and a wide range of discounts, offers and promotions. • Support and coaching from engaging colleagues. • Opportunities to develop new skills and progress your career. • The freedom and flexibility to handle your role in a way that's right for you. • All employees are given a benefits package which they can tailor to suit their individual preferences. • Range of benefits include: Pension, Discounted Health Insurance, Web Doctor, Free Gym Membership, Travel Pass, Maternity & Paternity Leave, Bike to Work Scheme, Recognition Awards, Cash incentives for Referrals, Tech MBA paid by EY, Wellness rooms available in some offices.
