**Tech Strategy Consultant - Manager / Senior Manager / Director** We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Strategy Consultant to join our team in Dublin, where you will play a key role in shaping and guiding technology strategies for our clients in the financial services sector. **About the Role** As a Tech Strategy Consultant, you will lead a diverse team of tech strategy consultants in delivering comprehensive solutions spanning digital strategy, CTO domain advisory, agile transformation, IT cost optimisation, technology operating model design, and applying digital across business operations. You will engage with business leaders across the financial services sector to deeply understand their technology challenges and objectives, providing insight and strategic problem-solving support. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead a team of tech strategy consultants in delivering comprehensive solutions * Engage with business leaders to understand technology challenges and objectives * Design and oversee the implementation of bespoke strategies that align with client goals and deliver measurable benefits * Apply strategic planning and management frameworks to assist clients with decision making and sequencing of major technology investments * Provide clients with insights of technology adoption and governance * Direct the delivery of technology assessments, strategy development, and oversee complex project executions * Ensure excellence in service delivery by setting and maintaining industry-leading best practices **Requirements** * Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field * Eagerness to pursue relevant professional certifications (Agile, PM.
