Job Description
Seeking a Senior Manager to lead data projects, manage teams, and build client relationships in our Dublin office. Lead teams and projects to design and deliver data and analytics engagements, build and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with external clients, and understand EY's service offerings to identify opportunities to better serve clients. Take a leading role in shaping and further growing our Data and Analytics team, and participate in business development activities including client presentations and proposals. Contribute to our internal team culture, drive thought leadership, and proactively develop Data and Analytics people through coaching, mentoring, and career counselling. Requirements include relevant management and leadership responsibilities in data-focused projects and engagements in the financial services sector, project management experience, applied knowledge of modern delivery approaches, and proven expertise in Data and Analytics domains. Demonstrated experience in shaping and leading high-performing teams, financial and commercial acumen, and a completed degree are also required. Experience working in the financial services industry, relevant industry certification, and an ability to act as translator between technical and non-technical teams are preferred.
