Job Description Summary: Lead a team of tech strategy consultants, engaging with executive clients, and shaping digital & technology solutions for the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead diverse teams in delivering comprehensive solutions, including digital strategy, agile transformation, and technology operating model design.
- Engage with business leaders to understand technology challenges and objectives, providing insight and strategic problem-solving support.
- Design and oversee the implementation of bespoke strategies that align with client goals and deliver measurable benefits.
- Apply strategic planning frameworks to assist clients with decision making and sequencing of major technology investments.
- Provide clients with insights of technology adoption and governance.
- Direct the delivery of technology assessments, strategy development, and oversee complex project executions.
- Ensure excellence in service delivery by setting and maintaining industry-leading best practices.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Eagerness to pursue relevant professional certifications (Agile, PM, Technology Certifications).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or IT advisory, with exposure to consulting or leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in financial services and the relating technologies and trends relevant to this sector.
