About the Role
- Assist clients in defining, implementing, and sustaining their people agenda.
- Work on transformation programs across EMEIA, shaping the future of financial services.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure the long-term sustainability and embedding of major organizational transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement people strategies to support clients' business objectives.
- Lead and manage projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Provide expert advice on organizational design, workforce strategy, and change management.
Requirements
- Degree-qualified with relevant people advisory professional experience.
- Proven consulting experience in a client-facing role on large or complex transformation programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
