Senior Consultant / Manager / Senior Manager - Dublin
Seeking experienced professionals to join our Financial Services (FSO) People Advisory Services team in Dublin, working on complex transformation programmes across EMEIA.
About the Role
- Assist clients in defining, implementing, and sustaining their people agenda
- Work on transformation programmes, shaping the future of financial services
- Collaborate with clients to ensure long-term sustainability and embedding of organisational change
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement people strategies to support clients' business objectives
- Lead and manage projects, programmes, and teams to deliver client outcomes
- Provide expert advice on organisational design, workforce strategy, and change management
Requirements
- Relevant people advisory professional experience, preferably in a client-facing role
- Strong consulting experience in areas such as operating model, organisational design, and change management
- Ability to influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions
