Full Stack Developer - Operations Technology: Collaborate with the Operations Technology team to support users on reconciliation, asset servicing, and reporting.

The Operations Technology team is responsible for supporting operation users on reconciliation, asset servicing, and reporting. We manage corporate actions and reconciliation systems, which are integrated with other internal subledger systems across the firm. We are also responsible for all reports going out to our counterparties on a daily basis, reporting on our trades and positions. The team is located in NY, Miami, and Singapore already and we are looking to expand to support EU users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own software solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to architect solutions.
  • Analyze data to find defects and suggest improvements.
  • Manage projects and stakeholders' expectations.

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of production-level.NET Core development experience.
  • Programming experience with a strong understanding of OOP with.NET Core, MS SQL Server, Postgres.
  • Demonstrable experience with streaming patterns: Kafka, micro-services, etc.
  • Strong coding skills; writing reliable, readable code and providing code review feedback is second nature.
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment (preferably Scrum/Kanban) and associated tools.
  • Working knowledge of agile development and dev ops CI/CD practices.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, including integration and testing.
  • Highly analytical with good problem-solving skills and creativity.
  • Positive individual with strong communication skills.

Desired Skills

  • Experience building AWS integrated solutions with resiliency.
  • Experience building containers and deploying to Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of TypeScript frameworks/libraries such as Angular.
  • UI design and customization through CSS such as Bootstrap/Material Design.
  • Experience with trading or related applications.
  • Broad understanding of financial services instruments.
  • Development experience in both Windows and Linux environments.
