Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Galway University Hospital. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support front-line operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring food hygiene regulations are adhered to and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Performing till duties and ensuring food preparation and service meet HACCP/Food Hygiene procedures.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor.
- Rotating stock on a first in first out basis and completing other reasonable duties assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
- High personal standards with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a keen interest in developing food preparation skills and culinary knowledge.
- Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative.
- Working knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP is desirable.
