Job Description

Full Stack Engineer

We're seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help build a feature-rich, consistent, unified experience for our customers.

As a key member of our team, you'll own the login and permissions experience, work with UX, PM, QA, and other engineers to build web applications using modern web technologies, and champion best practices such as quality integration, unit testing, and performance testing.

You'll have the opportunity to evolve our architecture to support complex new features and best-in-class monitoring as we scale to new heights.

About the Role

  • Collaborate with UX, PM, QA, and other engineers to build web applications using modern web technologies
  • Define best practices and help choose technologies to evolve our current tech stack
  • Champion best practices such as quality integration, unit testing, and performance testing
  • Provide design feedback and participate in code reviews to ensure implementations meet requirements
  • Ensure that all work done is delivered with quality and is appropriately monitored and supported in production

Requirements

  • Experience with Java, Kotlin, or another object-oriented language and modern web standards and technologies (e.g., React, Typescript)
  • Capacity to tackle complex and ambiguous problems, communicate clearly with others to solve the problem, and share knowledge to help the whole team succeed
  • Exposure to distributed systems, Saa S, SQL, JS, & Pulsar is a plus
  • Enjoy building well-engineered, usable, and accessible systems
  • Experience working in a team with Agile/Scrum methodology
