Functional Integration Lead (Integration Scrum Lead) (Hybrid)The SAP Integration / Scrum Lead role is expected to have oversight of both the integration and scrum delivery domains for SAP technology deployed at Sandvik. The individual will assume a coordination role across the functional teams of the program.Within the integration domain, the role is responsible for establishing the standards, guidelines, and strategy for SAP-based integration (interface) technologies. The individual is responsible for capturing and maintaining the full catalog of SAP interfaces across the landscape and will act as the design authority for any additions or changes to the catalog.Within the Scrum domain, this role will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of SAP implementations through the Scrum/Agile methodologies. The individual is responsible for ensuring best practices are implemented and are being followed, ensuring any escalations and blockers are appropriately actioned and progressed.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESSet application integration and scrum principles, strategies, standards, guidelines, patterns, conventions, quality approach, documentation requirements, etc.Responsible for setting up retrospectives, sprint reviews or sprint planning sessions as well as hosting daily stand-ups and shielding the team from interruptions during SprintsEnsure projects deliver on key priorities and dependencies are managed to realize business benefits to agreed timelinesDrive collaboration with functional design teams to ensure interface requirements are clearly understood and documentedParticipate in governance forums responsible for the approval of proposed SAP solution customizationsIdentify corporate tooling for the development and operation of interfacesReview & approve functional design team’s physical interface and major development designs to ensure conformance with defined standards, or to resolve exceptionsResponsible for the release management of new ABAP developments in S/4HANA or SAP GTS into the various landscape environmentsSupport transition to post go-live support by working with 3rd party AMS provider to ensure all interfaces into and out of the S/4HANA are monitored and actively managedEstablish standards for system interface administration, methods for monitoring and reporting, and the integration outage contingency planConduct evaluations and selection of new technology platforms, specifically related to the integration architectureManage the SAP Scrum and Integration Team’s resource plan and schedule of activitiesOther tasks as required and directed by your line managerYour ProfileYou are a highly motivated, delivery-focused leader with superb interpersonal skills and a passion for excellence. You have a can-do attitude and thrive on working in a multi-cultural team environment. You have a minimum of 7 years of SAP technical experience.
