About the Job

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our funds by taking an active part in the initial setup process, liaising with independent tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries, and handling day-to-day operations, including periodic reports and regulatory reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take an active part in the initial setup of new funds, liaising with independent tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries.
  • Handle day-to-day operations, including periodic reports and regulatory reports.
  • Prepare funds' periodic Net Asset Value calculation and year-end financial statements.
  • Manage audit and review fund-related reports.
  • Review tax returns and tax balances, and maintain relevant contacts with tax authorities.
  • Accurately record time spent dealing with client matters to ensure correct invoicing.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and administrative tasks as required by managers or clients.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education in a relevant area, such as Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Relevant experience in fund administration, audit, or fiduciary services.
  • Knowledge of the fund industry, valuation, and accounting.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting for investment products, and experience with closed-ended funds in the real estate private equity or debt space.
  • Understanding of securities commonly encountered in the fund industry, including equities, bonds, contract for difference, options, and futures.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Team spirit, ability to build strong client relationships, and capacity to take initiative.
