Exciting Opportunity - Fund Accounting
Looking to a hire a candidate with 2-5 years' experience in fund accounting, particularly working with hedge funds or private equity.

Responsibilities
- Maintain books and records for multiple entities.
- Calculate AUM and returns.
- Complete the monthend close process, produce journal entries, and perform various reconciliations for legal entities related to expenses.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account variance analyses.
- Reconcile and analyse various traded products, including equities, fixed income, commodities, and derivatives.
- Support the fund administrator on a monthly basis and auditors annually.
- Interact with various internal and external groups, including Middle Office, Operations, and Investor Relations.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Partially or fully qualified accountant
- 25 years of experience in a fund accounting role, preferably with hedge funds, private equity.
- Big 4 experience desirable.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills; a good team player.
- Proven analytical skills and judgement with a strong attention to detail.
- You must be residing in Ireland and eligible to work.
