Job Description
Senior Associate role requires managing accounting NAV delivery process, coordinating internal departments, and reviewing operational processes to ensure controls remain effective.
The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Services (SSGS), which provides essential financial tools to asset owners and managers. From core custody to complete operations solutions, SSGS' tools help clients make better investment choices and act on growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting NAV delivery process for allocated clients, ensuring quality control and timely delivery in accordance with client service level agreements.
- Produce and disseminate NAV reports.
- Coordinate internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Resolve accounting queries and errors.
- Review and update department operational processes to ensure controls remain effective and mitigate operational risk.
- Collaborate with teams across the global operating model to review the service model for clients.
- Collaborate with Transformation design initiatives to identify and create efficiencies through technological enhancements and development.
