Senior Fund Accounting Manager Morgan McKinley have partnered with a leading fund administration business who are seeking to hire a Senior Fund Accounting Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a Managerial role with one of Irelands leading Fund Administrators, with continued expansion in domestic and international markets this is a fantastic time to join our client as they continue growing. Responsibilities Oversee multiple Fund Accounting teams that are responsible for conducting accounting services on behalf of a broad array of assigned clients. Manage relationships with a broad set of clients and resolve any unique escalated issues related to fund calculations and accounting. Monitor service provider management framework to ensure providers perform in accordance with SLA terms, driving service quality progress. Provide support to junior staff within the team and senior management within the business. Oversee the production of fund board meetings reports. Oversight of fund regulatory returns, ensure compliance administration for all funds. Ensure appropriate operational processes and internal controls are in place & adhered to on an ongoing basis. Requirements Prior experience within a Fund Administration operations environment. Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel and Word. Previous experience of managing a team. Ability to work to strict deadlines. Experience of working on a number of clients simultaneously. Strong relationship management skills, with a strong focus on client deliverables.
