Join our client's dedicated team as a Fund Accounting Supervisor/Assistant Manager and gain a broad range of experience in private equity fund administration. Key responsibilities include preparing net asset valuations, financial statements, and regulatory returns.
Key responsibilities:
- Monthly net asset valuations and year-end financial statements
- Investment reporting and dealing with external parties
- Shareholder services and legal, tax, and regulatory returns
- Ad-hoc projects and maintaining ISAE 3402
- Year-end audit and financial reporting
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in private equity fund accounting
- Investran experience preferred
- Business-related third-level qualification
- Accountancy qualification (ACA or ACCA)
