Highly motivated Fund Accounting Supervisor/Assistant Manager sought to provide quality service to clients in regulated private equity companies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of monthly net asset valuations
- Preparation of year-end and semi-annual financial statements
- Investment reporting and dealing with investment manager, custodian, auditors and regulators
- Shareholder services (issuing notices, monthly statements)
- Preparation of legal, tax and regulatory returns
- Assist in ad hoc projects in the area of fund administration
- Manage year end audit
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting role essential (2+ years)
- Investran experience preferable
- Business related third level qualification
- Accountancy qualification - ACA or ACCA (part-qualified or interested in undertaking this qualification)
