A highly reputable ManCo are currently seeking a Fund Controller to join their Dublin city centre based team. In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight of accounting for offshore funds within their Asset and Wealth Management Division. This individual will handle financial reporting, audits, regulatory compliance, and participate in fund lifecycle events like fund launches or closures. Responsibilities: Oversee and review Fund Administrators, including NAVs and service levels. Manage fund/share class launches, closures, and other key initiatives. Oversee budgeting, expense reconciliation, and regulatory reporting. Prepare financial statements and coordinate audit processes with external auditors. Collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards. Develop and improve reporting frameworks and dashboards in line with CP86 guidelines. Ensure monthly revenue and expense recording and support tax processes. Requirements: Qualified Accountant (CPA, ACA, etc.) with experience in asset management. Expertise in financial statement preparation and fund accounting. Strong analytical skills, capable of solving complex problems. Proficiency in technical accounting and regulatory reporting. Experience in managing audits and improving financial processes. Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) preferred.
