Job Description

Take your career to the next level in our high-performing and fast-growing business as a member of our Fund Registration and Listing team in Dublin, Ireland. You will coordinate cross-border fund distribution, assess registration and listing requirements, and provide critical input to internal clients. You will partner with regulators, exchanges, and service providers to ensure smooth distribution solutions while maximizing efficiencies and monitoring regulatory constituents.
Key responsibilities include coordinating due diligence, facilitating legal documentation, supporting new product structures, and coordinating regulatory filings. You will also prepare and present Board reports and communicate with Fund and Management Company boards. You will be challenged in supporting a business-critical function and will learn to provide skilled advice on cross-registration and stock exchange listing of Black Rock fund ranges across the globe. This role protects the integrity of the firm as viewed by our regulators, competitors, and clients. You will report to the Vice President of the team and will form part of a team of FRL professionals. Key qualifications include international fund passporting and listing experience, knowledge of the regulatory and corporate environment, and strong written, verbal, and emotional quotient skills. You will be highly proficient in Excel and MS application skills and will have relevant third-level or professional qualification.
