Fundraising Manager
Hometree is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Fundraising Manager to drive our fundraising efforts and growth of our projects. This role will be pivotal in developing and implementing a robust fundraising strategy to support Hometree's mission and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to achieve organisational goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and the wider Hometree team.
- Manage donor relationships, including high-net-worth individuals and corporate sponsors.
- Oversee the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and events.
- Prepare high-level supporting documents for presentations and proposals.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of fundraising activities and donor contributions.
- Evaluate the success of fundraising efforts and identify areas for improvement.
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff, stakeholders, and donors.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful fundraising strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in strategic planning and aligning fundraising efforts with organisational goals.
- Strong analytical skills to assess fundraising performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Desirable Characteristics & Experience:
- Background or experience in nonprofit fundraising, sales, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to foster a collaborative and positive work atmosphere.

Initial contract duration: 12 months. Core work hours: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday-Thursday. Location: Hometree HQ, Ennistymon (Hybrid/Dublin may be considered).
