The Panel is currently engaged to source a Funds Client Services Senior Associate on behalf a niche Asset Management entity in Dublin city centre on a permanent basis In this role you will focus on the development, servicing and management of key client relationships which will include support across multiple client channels of the companies direct segregated accounts UCITS investor base as well as distribution partners and intermediary clients. Responsibilities Supporting relationships with company clients, as allocated. Respond to and manage client requests in an accurate and timely manner, working efficiently with other internal teams as needed to reach resolution. Working with the broader team, contribute to the dissemination of accurate and timely portfolio reporting and related information about the company and its investment capabilities. Work with the Marketing and wider Client Group Team to support clients distribution activities Assist in the completion of client/prospect RFPs and DDQs. Maintain client confidentiality and ensure all investor and prospect interactions are recorded in the CRM system in a timely manner. Requirements: Relevant experience in investment and finance, preferably in a similar function. Proactive and determined. Willing to assume responsibility and take ownership of tasks assigned. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities to meet internal and external deadlines in a high volume, deadline driven environment. Analytically minded with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external clients. A personal interest in sustainability challenges and/or impact investing.
