The Panel is currently engaged to source a Funds Paralegal on behalf of a Manco in Dublin city centre on an initial 6 Month FTC In this role youwill provide support with the administration of the product governance function, the regulatory approval and listing of new funds and product on the exchange traded notes platform. The Candidate will also provide support to the Management Company and governance of funds on the platforms. It is looking for a candidate that is working either as a paralegal or compliance associate in an asset management firm with a commercial, capital markets or funds background Responsibilities : Reviewing, drafting and maintaining a broad range of compliance policies and procedures; Review acilary agreements, NDAs, low budget service agreements and rebates. Provide support to the Head of Compliance in relation to the analysis and implementation of incoming European Regulation and any compliance matters; Assist with various corporate transactions and commercial projects from time to time; Review of materials to ensure compliance with relevant regulation/codes of practice; Provide European (including UK) compliance and regulatory support; Primary support for the ETF ranges domiciled in Ireland, including with supervision/support, reviewing and updating prospectuses, KIID/KID documentation and, if so desired, funds agreements; Governance for the Manco including arranging board meetings and reviewing board materials; Requirements Regulatory compliance experience desirable but not essential provided there is an interest in doing this type of work; Product development experience desirable but not essential provided there is an interest in doing this type of work; Ability to work within a small team and work in a cross-functional, dynaic and outcome oriented manner.
