We are seeking a Fund Accounting Senior Consultant to join our team in Dublin, supporting a global financial services company.
**Job Description:**
We are currently recruiting for a Fund Accounting Senior Consultant for our client, a global financial services company based in Dublin.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Review and sign off NAV calculations
• Mentor junior team members on the team as required
• Assist in representing the team on cross-function process or project deliverables
• Participate in the implementation of new procedures within the team
• Identify relevant tasks for the project team and monitor progression
• Participate in client servicing assignments and ensure that the culture on the team is focussed on a strong client services delivery
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across various departments
• Maintain accountability for certain projects and assignments
• Delegate assignments and tasks to team members as required
• Assist in providing feedback and recognition to the relevant team members, including project team members
**Requirements:**
• Third level qualification or pursuing a professional accounting qualification advantageous
• 3 years or more experience working in fund accounting and with NAV review experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to carry out presentations
• Excellent internal and external client-servicing skills
• Good attention to detail
• Proven willingness to help others outside team
• Good prioritisation, organisational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates good knowledge of standards and procedures required for own tasks
• Excellent PC skills especially MS Excel
