We are currently recruiting for a Fund Accounting SeniorConsultant for our client, a global financial services company based in Dublin. This role will suit you if you have previous fund accounting and NAV review experience and enjoy supporting more junior members of a team. This is a 12 month contract role with some possibility of extension or permanency. The company offers a hybrid working model. What you will be doing: Responsible for reviewing and signing off NAV calculations. Mentor junior team members on the team as required. Assist in representing the team on cross-function process or project deliverables. Participate in the implementation of new procedures within the team. Identify relevant tasks for the project team and monitor progression. Participate in client servicing assignments and ensure that the culture on the team is focussed on a strong client services delivery. Build and maintain strong working relationships across various departments. Participate in the implementation of new procedures within the team. Maintain accountability for certain projects and assignments. Delegate assignments and tasks to team members as required. Assist in providing feedback and recognition to the relevant team members, including project team members. What we are looking for: Third level qualification or pursuing a professional accounting qualification advantageous. 3 years or more experience working in fund accounting and with NAV review experience. Strong communication skills. Ability to carry out presentations. Excellent internal and external client-servicing skills. Good attention to detail. Proven willingness to help others outside team. Good prioritisation, organisational and multi-tasking skills. Strong problem-solving skills.
