Job Description

Our client, a premier Irish law firm, seeks to hire a talented Funds Associatewith 2-5 years post-qualification experience to its highly regarded Investment Funds team in Dublin. This role offers an excellent opportunity for funds lawyers coming from Ireland, London, the Channel Islands, BVI, or Cayman to work on groundbreaking transactions and gain exposure to a wide range of investment funds. Key Responsibilities Advise on the establishment, authorisation, and management of a variety of investment funds, including UCITS, QIAIFs, REITs, hedge funds, private equity funds, loan funds, and real estate funds. Provide legal guidance on regulatory matters, including Central Bank approvals and compliance. Work closely with international clients such as investment banks, financial institutions, and asset management companies. Manage high-profile, complex transactions, including fund redomiciliation, multi-manager UCITS funds, and first-of-their-kind transactions in Ireland. Collaborate with client teams and lead on structuring, drafting, and negotiating fund documentation. Candidate Profile Solicitor qualified in Ireland, the UK, or in another Common Law jurisdiction with 2-5 years PQE in investment funds law. Experience advising on the establishment and operation of investment funds, including UCITS and alternative investment funds. Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment and experience with Central Bank of Ireland approvals is highly desirable. Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills. A strong team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
