We are currently seeking a highly motivated Garden Centre Manager to join our Enable Ireland Garden Centre & Gift Store team in Sandymount, Dublin South. Contract Type: Permanent post. Contract Hours: Full and part time hours considered. Salary Scale: €33,000 - €35,000 (4-point scale) pro rata per annum, based on experience. Annual Leave Entitlement: 22 days per year pro-rata (based on a 39-hour full time contract). Overview of the Post: To take a lead role in the day-to-day operations of the Garden Centre and Gift Store, The post holder will be responsible for all aspects of the management and day-to-day operations of the Garden Centre and Gift Store in Sandymount, including duties associated with staff management, purchasing, and the development of the horticultural and retail business. The successful candidate will have Essential Criteria: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a retail, customer-facing role. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisor role. Experience with management of stock. Customer service experience. Desirable Criteria: Qualification in Retail, Business Management, or other related field.
