**Job Title:** General Administrator

**Job Description:

We seek an enthusiastic professional to play a pivotal role in providing full administrative service day-to-day across a broad range of processes in order to carry out all necessary activities for the efficient administration of the department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate and manage Excom business events, ensuring seamless execution within budget and guidelines.
  • Provide administrative and logistics support to the Excom on travel and expense management.
  • Handle the end-to-end process of physical relocation of assignees, ensuring a smooth transition in compliance with applicable local legislation and global policies.
  • Independently execute administrative tasks, as per relevant documented process and team member guidance.
  • Support the EHS & General Services Manager in fleet management.

**Requirements:**

  • 3rd Level Business Qualification or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in P&C and General Administration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience.
  • Excellent command in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse team.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office.
