Seeking a General Administrator to provide full P&C administration service, coordinating events, managing logistics, and supporting the Excom team.

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to play a pivotal role in providing full P&C administration service day-to-day across a broad range of P&C processes.

  • Coordinate and manage Excom business events, ensuring seamless execution within allocated budget and guidelines.
  • Provide administrative and logistics support to the Excom on travel, expense management, and relocation.
  • Handle end-to-end process of physical relocation, ensuring smooth transition in compliance with applicable local legislation and global policies.
  • Independently execute administrative tasks, as per relevant documented process and team member guidance.
  • Support the EHS & General Services Manager in fleet management.

Requirements

  • 3rd Level Business Qualification or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in P&C and General Administration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience.
  • Excellent command in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse team.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office.
